My research has led me to the conclusion that the vast majority of diseases are a direct result of severe nutritional deficiencies and the effect of toxic substances that find their way into the body, either through direct consumption of them, inhalation, or other form of entry to the body. Prime examples of this are the present day degenerative diseases, as they have come to be known, such as heart disease, cancer, diabetes, Alzheimer's, macular degeneration, and Parkinson's, to name just a few. The American Cancer Society itself has acknowledged for example that all forms of cancer are due to only two things: chemicals and radiation.

Consumers who are aware of healthy and unhealthy choices in the food supply are in a much stronger position to send a message to manufacturers.  Every time you purchase an item to put in or on your body, you increase the wealth of the manufacturer.  That's well and good in a free market society, but I suspect everyone would agree that companies that steal your money and your health do not deserve to prosper.  As consumers we have the ability to reward or punish companies for the products they sell, but that requires that we take more of an interest in our health individually.  In this page we will examine many of the products that are healthful and those that are unhealthy.
