Hepatitis

Here’s the good news:  Hepatitis is curable.  Before we get into that however, let’s look at some aspects of hepatitis.

Causes of Hepatitis

Hepatitis is one of the most common conditions of a polluted world.  There are many ways that people contract hepatitis, just as there are many forms of it.  They are all directly related to contamination of the liver by chemicals, bacteria, and viruses.

The Wrong Approach in Treatment

One of the greatest tragedies of the 21st century is that in the majority of cases of hepatitis, as well as kidney disease, heart disease, and other diseases, surgery and drugs are recommended rather than attempting to actually heal these diseases. Drugs in fact, often can actually worsen the condition of the liver, while seeming to keep the condition under control.  The following quote comes from the well-known and respected Merck Index:  “Hepatitis A and E viruses do not cause chronic hepatitis.  Drugs such as methyldopa, isoniazid, nitrofurantoin, and possibly acetaminophen can also cause chronic hepatitis, particularly when they are taken for prolonged periods.”

Startling Facts

As a medical researcher and writer, some years ago I came across a startling fact:  many of the diseases that afflict man today are present normally in our bodies, and are kept in check by our immune system.  This includes meningitis and many other potentially fatal diseases.  However, the human immune system has never in the history of man suffered a greater assault than that of the 21st century, with approximately 10,000 chemicals now permitted by governments to be added to our food and drink.   As a result there has never been a greater demand for kidneys, hearts, and livers in the history of the world.

The Function of the Liver

At any given moment, approximately 8 liters of blood pass through the human liver per minute.  The liver is involved in

1. neutralizing and removing harmful chemicals from the blood
2. producing cholesterol, used to transport fats throughout the body
3. assisting the pancreas
4. assisting the digestive system

Specific Causes of Hepatitis

The major causes of hepatitis today are:

1. Prescription and non-prescription drugs
2. Chemicals in foodstuffs

Healing Hepatitis

The following substances have the ability to heal hepatitis:

• Multivitamin/Mineral Complex with full spectrum Vitamin B Complex - daily use (Brewer’s yeast is an excellent source of vitamin B complex, which is extremely important for liver health).
• Lemon – daily use (Organic, if possible) Use a twist in water with meals; also as lemonade, on food, etc.
• Milk Thistle – daily use.
• Kudzu – daily use
• Apple cider vinegar – daily use (1 tablespoon in 1 glass of apple juice 2times per day) Also use on salads.
• Liver
• Honey (raw, unprocessed)
• Organic fruits and vegetables (as budget permits.  Even occasional purchases of organic foods are helpful, and they contribute to a great cause; getting back to basics and avoidance of many harmful chemicals.  No food today is 100% pure any more, but organic is much more healthy, normally.)
