Arthritis is a condition in which the tendons and cartilage become chronically inflamed and swollen.    There are certain food and drink items, which when avoided, have given many people great relief.  They will be listed below. 
 
The causative factors of arthritis point to substances that are consumed, and which literally corrode the tendons and cartilage.  Among the most corrosive substances that are regularly consumed by millions of people are:
 
1. Bleach, aka chlorine.  Chlorine is added to drinking water to eliminate bacteria.  As bacteria develop resistance to the chlorine, the amount is increased.  Chlorine gas is also used to bleach sugar.  Sugar is not naturally white, and there is no reasonable explanation as to why it is bleached, other than that the processors feel that people prefer sugar to be white.  White bread is also bleached with chlorine.  Were you polled on this?  I wasn't.  If you suffer from arthritis, you might want to seriously consider changing to natural unbleached sugar.

Certain supplements have proven very beneficial for many arthritis suffers, and can be found in various combinations.
They are:
1. Chondroitan
2. Glucosamine Sulfate
3. MSM (methylsulfonylmethane)
